    Direct the administrative, analytical, and managerial support related to integration and implementation of new grant proposals, Office services, and research policies and procedures across the enterprise.* Research, perform analysis, compile data, and formulate long-range planning strategies and financial forecasting related to the research portfolio; track research funding metrics such as proposal volume, funder distribution, and grants awarded.* Coordinate with other CCF leadership regarding changes to federal grant policies and requirements; communicate those updates using various platforms such as webinars and presentations.* Develop compliant, detailed budgets and budget justifications for large, complex grant applications.* Manage application process and submit proposals for enterprise-wide research initiatives to funders such as NIH, NSF, AHRQ and PCORI.* Provide guidance to research teams on grant applications and submission requirements, ensuring internal as well as funder deadlines are met.* Handle vendor and consultant relationships, including contracts and invoice payments; interface with Cleveland Clinic law, cybersecurity, and supply chain departments to manage those agreements.* Ensure proper staffing with skilled and trained personnel, and anticipate human resource needs.* Manage a team of grant development project managers, research development scientists, graphic artists and consultants.* Serve on Steering Committee for Lerner Research Institute’s Research Professional Leadership Experience, selecting participants, identifying long-term cohort project and organizing Steering Committee meetings. Act as one-on-one mentor for one of the cohort participants.
