About Cole Springer
I’m a Certified Emotional Well-Being Coach, servicing clients in the Atlanta area and also virtually. In 2018, I received a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology and transitioned to the coaching world shortly after. Through my work, I’m fortunate enough to have worked with a wide-range of client issues from both a national and international perspective. I currently work at Mantra Health which is a startup dedicated to providing access to quality mental care for college and university students. I’m happy to support clients who want to work on anxiety, depression, mindfulness, self-compassion, self-confidence, and more. As an emotional wellness coach, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients to help navigate their well-being journey with grace and joy.
