ABOUT NICOLE ARMSTRONG

My most recent adventure has been all about Quality. While implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) following ISO 9001 guidelines, my current role requires a strong understanding of the FDA CFR Pt. 11 and GAMP5 to ensure the implementation of our Artwork Management System meets the validation requirements and regulations for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. My team is responsible for documenting, training, and enforcing Policies and Procedures throughout Esko along with performing Internal Audits, hosting Customer Audits, Assessing Suppliers and reviewing and approving documentation produced by our Deployment Team throughout the implementation of their Validated software solutions. In my experience supporting high level executives, I\'ve learned the true value of a partnership and working together to achieve a common goal, both personally and professionally. I learned the importance of organization, efficiency and collaboration to achieve these goals quickly and smoothly. In my time as a recruiter, I prided myself on my ability to build and maintain relationships and to assist accounting professionals in taking the next step in their career. To truly listen to our clients and candidates, finding the perfect fit. At BMC, I was able to take these skill sets and apply them to a cutting edge industry and assist in transforming the IT Infrastructure of some of our most respected organizations: The United States Military and Federal Government.
