Recruitment (full lifecycle position coordination, sourcing, and interviewing)-Support and serve project teams in performing full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of positions (including software engineers, product owners, delivery managers, and UX researchers/designers), seeking candidates who align with our technical needs and core values -Work closely with project teams to determine hiring needs, create position descriptions that align with those needs, assemble and train interview panels, and support team-based hiring decisions -Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates to facilitate staffing projects quickly and effectively Onboarding -Work closely with our People Ops team to facilitate effective and efficient onboarding for new Sixers -Facilitate pre-hire date communication, send swag and publications to new Sixers, and communicate new hire information to the larger Enterprise Support team - Lead onboarding sessions on company values, benefits, and operations -Contribute to our cross functional team in other areas including supporting the employee experience, DEI initiatives, benefits administration, marketing, and other areas within the logistics of People Operations.
