As a People and Culture Leader and Retail Operations Leader, I help organizations build strong teams and strong businesses at the same time. My work sits at the intersection of operational performance, leadership development, and culture.With over a decade of experience across retail, warehouse operations, and head office environments, I bring a people first approach to leadership while maintaining a strong focus on operational execution and business performance.Today I help lead a multi unit retail portfolio generating approximately $30M in annual revenue across seven locations. That experience shaped how I lead today.
