Most recently, I was the Director, HR Business Partner at Postcard Cabins, a multi state hospitality company, where I’ve changed the HRBP function to be a true and trusted partner to the business, drove our leaders to be people and values-first thinking, supported organizational transformations like rebranding and international expansion, and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Previously, as Chief of Staff to the CEO, I played a pivotal role in executive talent acquisition, internal communications, annual planning, and strategic project and change management. With a foundation in HR, operations, and consulting from organizations like Two Sigma and PwC, I bring a unique POV and experience to creating culturally-aligned HR solutions and driving the workforce to align with business objectives. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my rescue pups and am my family and friend\'s go to resource for how to live more sustainably.
