   Served as the lead for systemwide leadership retention initiatives serving 200 participants across Piedmont’s enterprise. Owned end-to-end program execution including planning, training material development, individual coaching calls, assessment interpretation, and hosting two graduation ceremonies for the southern region. Tracked metrics and surveys throughout, achieving a 90%+ net promoter score. • Facilitate learning and development programs across the state of Georgia for Piedmont Healthcare’s workforce. Deliver Franklin Covey content in person at hospitals and entities, as well as virtually via Webex and Microsoft Teams. • Consult with HR Directors across southern region to assess team needs and design custom solutions. Deliverables include presenting leadership principles at team meetings, leading off-site leadership retreats, and building tailored development programs aligned to each team’s goals. • Perform organizational development assessments when leadership challenges arise within teams. Diagnose root causes, develop individualized development plans, and partner with leaders to drive measurable behavioral change. • Interpret leadership assessments and deliver results to participants and their leaders as part of development planning.
