   Leads a team of 2 direct reports who own the flow of inputs from Sales & Customer teams to Planning, in order to capture inputs on Promotions, Distribution Changes, and Customer Inventory Needs from key account teams • Developed key Planning processes such as Pent Up Demand and Customer Demand Exception Process, and enhanced process for capturing promotions by transitioning from excel to system & focusing on exceptions only • Owns and facilitates the Integrated Business Planning process; a Sales Planning process which generates a short term operating plan for the business to execute against, and serves as the short-term component of the Step 2 Financial call • Transformed the Integrated Business Planning process from a silo’d, manual process with inconsistencies across teams; to a fully integrated, system driven process with standard ways of working across Sales and Customer Care • Received Horizon Award from Sales Leadership team for driving standardized and efficient ways of working amongst Sales & Customer teams by reducing complexities and touchpoints, enhancing tools & reporting, and creating clearly documented roles and responsibilities • Participated in implementation of new End to End Planning process, and represented Demand Planning during vendor demos and selection process for new End to End Planning system (Kinaxis Rapid Response, & E2Open Demand Sensing) • Enabled transition of ownership over Step 2 from Demand Leadership Team to Sales Leadership Team by standardizing the Sales Planning Process, and driving consistent tools, reporting, and output amongst all Sales Teams • Created simplified ways of working by implementing Account Segmentation; a classification system that segments accounts based on their size and impact, and dictates which inputs the account teams are required to provide to planning
