Worked on a 3 million roof replacement project (this project will repair the existing roof, lay a new one, and replace 224 skylights)-My responsibilities are as follows: • Managing the billing process as it relates to work-in-place and overseeing the monthly estimate of work completed, material invoices, and subcontractor payment applications. Reviewing change orders, ticket pricing, submittals, and RFIs using Procore and SAP. • Overseeing roof work on the job site and tracking progress. Creating schedules and determining the sequence of work. Developing and implementing recovery strategies to maintain the project schedule. • Making decisions related to the performance of roof work, and resolving local area problems regarding procedures, precedence, design clarifications, adequate labor and equipment, and schedule. • Leading the trades in stretch & flex and safety toolbox talks/ PTP discussions daily. Along with performing safety inspections weekly and supervising crane deliveries. Managing the site safety program as required and ensuring subcontractor compliance. • Developing reports such as General Conditions Items, labor/safety, change order logs, quality control, and material status/tracking logs. • Communicating with owners and architects/engineers in connection with field issues. Investigating and resolving such issues. Leading OAC meetings with the owner and creating monthly reports. • Managing the work/materials to ensure that they are installed in compliance with and conform to the approved contract documents. • Supervising and developing a summer intern.
