Supervise 18-22 technicians in the area of Water Treatment, Boilers, Sweeteners Refinery (Corn Syrup/Glucose, Dextrose Unrefined)• Troubleshoot operational issues including pumps, motors, flow path, enzyme activity/usage, Food Safety concerns, Quality Concerns, Environmental CO and NOX Permits• Managed production rates for the facility for normal operations and shutdown• Understand how the mass balance for the facility works and how one department affects the others• Manage and update the mass balance for the facility as it grows in product lines• Manage all shutdown big rocks from a production standpoint while coordinating with other department supervisors- rates, tank levels, equipment required for start-up (what jobs are priority)• Manage department shutdown - rates, when equipment needs to be offline, de-energized, and locked out, enzyme ratios and technician tasks• Review and manage technician schedule

Originally from Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University (Go Green!) with a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I am passionate about coaching and supervising individuals to help them meet their potential, barriers to men and women in the workplace and how we can get to gender parity, as well as the process of understanding operational issues and how to resolve them utilizing the Lean Six Sigma practices working to complete Black Belt Certification.I\'ve held jobs in Food Safety and Quality Regulations, Maintenance and Reliability, and Business Operations spaces. Throughout my career, I have been part of the Cargill Women\'s Network and lead our enterprise\'s chapter.
