In this position I- Managed the Division\'s Education and Outreach program to promote stormwater pollution prevention and watershed protection. Developed educational programs for citizens, school children, developers, and other local stakeholders. Developed and produced public education and outreach materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, billboards, social media posts, Public Service Announcements (PSAs), and infographics- Conducted weekly and monthly water quality sampling within the May River. Managed the schedules for implementation and maintenance of specialized water quality monitoring equipment. Helped develop Water Quality Program SOPs and program goals. Coordinated with the MS4 Program Manager to conduct field inspections after water quality sampling results- Planned, managed, and executed the Town\'s two annual litter cleanup events with approximately 500 volunteers annually. Communicated and coordinated regularly with the Town\'s partners and advertising venues to secure donated goods and services. Disseminated press releases and announcements through the Town\'s Public Information Officer and community partners- Performed initial, routine, and follow-up compliance Erosion & Sediment Control and Post-Constructions BMP inspections; generated inspection reports; communicated results, including any issues; and ensured compliance with performance standards.
