In a nutshell I am a Project Manager for projects related to our CRM Systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Panasonic Partner Portal, Marketing Dashboard and our Product Specification Database. My team and I introduce new or develop existing sales and marketing systems. For each project I define the requirements with the business owners and develop a detailed solution design therefore converting business strategy into systems operations. SLA negotiations with vendors and integration partners as well as monitoring service quality and approving deliverables and functionalities is a big part of my job. The testing, implementation of a new or developed functionality is performed by myself (sometimes in collaboration with the business owners) as well as holding the user training and providing training material where necessary. Though I don’t have a technical education I am an Administrator for all of these systems and can implement changes that do not require code independently and strive to learn more about the technical side of the systems each day. I enjoy working with systems and enhancing the usability and business benefit through them. The work I do is tangible and very rewarding.
