We are Elements. We are the pioneers of Embedded Talent Consultancy. We built the model around our very first embedded partners: Spotify and Atlassian. We knew that the traditional, transactional dynamic served neither party well. So we created something entirely different. Focusing on the transformative impact of effective collaboration, we work alongside our partners as trusted consultants.
