   Joined Shelter Asset Management as a strategic leader to help build and launch its internal property management platform. Successfully developed and implemented Sunstone Property Management, focused on stabilized and value add assets.Led the full operational rollout including systems implementation, organizational structure, staffing, policy creation, and onsite support. Oversaw the stabilization of multiple assets while laying the foundation for long-term operational success.After establishing Sunstone, my focus transitioned exclusively to new development operations under the Skyline Communities brand.
