About Nicole Wagner
I began my career in Applied Behavior Analysis as an RBT, advanced to BCaBA, and earned my BCBA certification in 2016. Working my way up through every level of the field has given me a deep, practical understanding of ABA from every perspective. I understand firsthand the responsibilities, challenges, and rewards that come with each role on a clinical team, and that experience shapes how I lead, mentor, and support the professionals I work alongside today. My leadership is grounded in respect for the work at every level and a commitment to maintaining strong clinical standards. I believe effective mentorship comes from experience, and I am passionate about guiding and developing other BCBAs and clinicians as they grow in their careers. Above all, I am deeply dedicated to the families I serve. I do not take lightly the trust families place in me during some of their most vulnerable and hopeful moments. I believe every child deserves individualized, thoughtful, and ethical care that is designed with intention; not rushed, not diluted, and never treated as a number. My philosophy is simple: quality over quantity. I prioritize meaningful progress, strong relationships, and services that truly make a lasting impact on the lives of the children and families I support.
