I am fortunate to have a career in the insurance industry where I can get up every day and know that I have an opportunity to help people, both those who my company insures and those I work with every day. I am passionate about helping others develop and move to the next level as well as bringing a different perspective to projects and solving problems. My career has provided me the opportunity to lead as well as be a member of various executive teams over the years. If it is college football season then I’m multi-tasking with my tablet and headphones cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes at the same time as my son’s team. When not at the field I am likely outside walking our dogs, or enjoying some golf with my family.
