ABOUT NICOLE VIT

Nicole is Chief Clinical Officer/Executive Vice President at Constitution Surgery Alliance (CSA), a breakthrough healthcare resource that offers physicians, health systems and ASCs more efficient, higher quality solutions to improve outcomes for everyone. CSA facilities help more than 400 physicians across multiple health systems perform more than outpatient cases each year. CSA’s expertise extends throughout the Northeast and into Florida, with several new centers in new locations under development. As Executive Vice President, Nicole is responsible for the operational oversight and strategic planning for the Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island Region.As Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) Nicole is also responsible for the coordination of clinical activities within Constitution Surgery Alliance including- licensure, accreditation, policies and procedures and the Quality Improvement and Patient Outcomes Program. Prior to joining CSA, Nicole was Executive Director of Surgical Specialty Center of Westchester and Operating Room Nurse Manager at Midtown Surgery Center. She has also served as an Operating Room Nurse at NYU Langone Medical Center in New York. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, New York University and an MPH in Health Policy and Management, Columbia University.
