As part of my role at NorthSight Recovery, an integrated behavioral health provider and TI 2.0 Justice Partner, I lead grant strategy, program development, and community partnerships that expand care for individuals and families navigating mental health challenges, substance use, trauma, and other vulnerabilities. Our mission is to create spaces where every person finds healing, prevention, and a sense of belonging.Highlights:•Guide grant development and funding strategy to sustain and expand transitional housing, treatment, and prevention services.•Strengthen cross-sector collaborations with courts, managed care organizations, and community-based partners to ensure holistic, accessible care.•Advance programs rooted in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, always centering the voices of those most impacted.
