In my role as Executive Vice President at the Ted Rogers Outreach Program (TROP), I collaborate with our co-presidents and executive team to advance TROP’s mission of inspiring and empowering high school students as they explore post-secondary education and business studies. I lead the Ambassador Program, oversee the Director of Operational Directors, and help bridge the gap between high school and university through workshops, mentorship, and campus events.I also work closely with our TROP ambassadors to plan and execute impactful outreach, foster team collaboration, and support operational excellence. By building a strong community of students and volunteers, I contribute to creating opportunities for growth, leadership, and connection at the Ted Rogers School of Management.
