About Nicole Taylor
I love the challenge of developing and delivering innovative risk solutions to meet the unique needs of public and private sector entities. I enjoy leading diverse, high performing teams and collaborating with senior leadership to problem solve and address an organization’s most pressing risks. In addition to my work as a risk practitioner, I am very passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. I help lead programming efforts across my practice and account to foster an inclusive environment that celebrates differences and encourages diverse perspectives. Outside of work, I serve on the Board of Directors for Horton’s Kids, a DC-based nonprofit that empowers black youth in one of the city’s most underresourced communities. I also mentor and advocate for young people of color, helping to create opportunities for the next generation to succeed.
