With a grateful heart, I am thrilled to be reunited with my Northwestern Mutual family. It’s amazing how life works sometimes… While happily reminiscing over lunch with a friend about the start of my recruiting career with Northwestern Mutual in the late ‘90s, I bumped into our Managing Partner, Richard Worrell. When we reconnected not only was I looking to re-launch my career, but the North Charlotte office was also looking for a new recruiter – what great timing! When I first started with Northwestern Mutual, I was taken under the wing of leadership (then Managing Partner, Jim Worrell) without any former recruiting experience and went on to become the #1 Ranked Recruiter. This career brought me so much joy then and it is a privilege to be back. Today, I work with some of the most successful financial advisors who I recruited at the start of their financial planning career. It is incredibly rewarding to see them thriving years later and know that I played a part in bringing them onboard.
