With over eight years of work experience in IT, I am a passionate and skilled IT Specialist who strives to provide reliable, secure, and efficient IT solutions for the Georgia Air National Guard. My mission is to support the network health, performance, and compliance of the organization, and to advise and assist various stakeholders on IT issues. I have a master\'s degree in cybersecurity and information assurance, and I hold multiple certifications, including CEH, Security+, and Azure.In my current role, I oversee the health of network equipment, troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform testing, configure and direct messaging platforms, and oversee IP addresses. I also collaborate on security and risk management, conducting analyses, assessments, and tests in response to security breaches and compliance requirements. I have achieved a 99% uptime rate for servers, communicated network rights, formulated network performance levels, and built unique recommendations for proposals. I have also contributed to the supervision, planning, and review of staff work assignments and performance. I use my skills in system administration, networking, network administration, and cybersecurity to deliver high-quality IT customer support and services.
