Run reports from the Vizient Clinical DatabaseResource Manager (CDBRM), Clinical Database Resource Manager, Operational Database (ODB) and other performance databases. Provides analysis of data and helps user interpret results.• Writes reports in Epic reporting workbench and utilize Epic Clarity reports to meet end user needs.• Acts as a resource to Quality and Process Improvement groups. Provides statistical and analytical support.Provides project management support utilizing the concepts within the LEAN methodology.• Coordinates the completion of external surveys, including but not limited to the US News and World Report BestHospitals Survey, AHA Annual Survey, and the Leapfrog survey. Provides feedback to administration and staff onthe impacts of these surveys and provides guidance on how to improve standing.• Assist with daily systems operations of the department. Provide ongoing technical support as needed.
