As part of Tillo’s North American growth leadership, I partner with fintechs, digital platforms, loyalty providers, retailers, and enterprise brands to design, launch, and scale modern digital reward experiences powered by Tillo’s global API. My work blends strategic consulting, commercial development, technical solutioning, and long-term partnership growth across a wide range of use cases.Key Responsibilities & Impact- Drive North American fintech and enterprise expansion by helping partners embed digital gift cards, choice-based rewards, and alternative payment solutions into loyalty, incentives, payouts, cardholder rewards, employee recognition, and customer engagement programs- Lead strategic evaluations across product, technical, commercial, and procurement teams to align business goals with the right integration model, catalog approach, and promotional strategy- Facilitate collaborative brainstorming and co-creation sessions to explore reward concepts, promotional capabilities, customer journeys, monetization models, and scalable program design using Tillo’s platform- Support partners from discovery to launch through solution design, architectural guidance, onboarding support, and close cross-functional coordination with engineering, product, marketing, and operations- Enable high-impact promotional initiatives using ChoicePlus and CampaignLink, helping partners optimize activation, retention, conversion, and customer engagement with flexible, real-time reward delivery- Advise partners on catalog strategy, UX best practices, fraud mitigation, operational considerations, and long-term program optimization to maximize performance and unlock new revenue opportunities- Serve as a strategic thought partner for organizations modernizing legacy reward systems or building embedded rewards infrastructure, ensuring they deliver secure, scalable, and innovative programs that differentiate their offerings in competitive markets.
