I work with businesses in and around rural Alberta and interior of British Columbia in the SMB market space, collaborating to bring ideas to the table around technology and process. My current role is to help businesses and organizations achieve both their short-term and long-term goals and initiatives.I’m responsible for managing a portfolio of both current and prospective clients. I work with them to fully understand what their business operations, critical success factors, and overall needs are in order to recommend the best solutions to increase productivity and tighten budgets. Within this, I manage client sales cycles from beginning to end, as well as provide support for them.
