Responsible for post-acute billing team of 140 employees for Home Health, Hospice, Infusion, PACE, SNF, ALF, LTACH & HME; with a cash collection of $1.5B across multiple states and ministries. Develop, evaluate, monitor, and communicate long and short-term strategic objectives for the revenue cycle team and ensure consistency and alignment with overall organizational goals.Develop and lead efforts for standardization and optimize operational activities within each line of business.Manage and oversee the development of technology solutions to improve efficiencies and reduce the delays in workflow processes.Responsible for tracking all KPI benchmarks and determining root causes for gaps in metrics.
