Supervise a team of curriculum developers by providing coachingsupport and feedback on lessons designed for multilingual learners. We have developed over 200 supplementary ELA lessons aligned to ELP and WIDA standards and consistently meet company-wide deadlines through clear communication and collaboration. Teachers have commented that the lessons are clearly written, easy to follow, and supportive of their students’ language needs.• Designed over 90 asynchronous seventh grade ELA lessons that maintained rigor while accommodating the widespread shift to virtual learning during the pandemic. Lessons included instructional support for teachers and video instruction for students.
