I’m a hospitality brand leader with over a decade of experience shaping and scaling premium hotel brands with IHG Hotels & Resorts.Currently Senior Manager, Premium Brand Delivery – Europe, I lead the regional delivery of IHG’s premium brands, partnering with owners, operators and global brand teams to bring brand strategy to life across a diverse portfolio of hotels.My work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, guest experience and commercial performance. I focus on translating brand vision into operational reality ensuring hotels not only look the part but consistently deliver experiences that guests love and owners see value in. Throughout my career with IHG I’ve played a key role in supporting the growth and evolution of voco hotels, one of the fastest-growing premium brands in the industry. This has included driving brand immersion programmes, supporting hotel openings and conversions, developing brand frameworks and tools, and working closely with hotel teams to ensure the brand is delivered with consistency and personality.I’m particularly interested in how hospitality brands evolve to remain relevant, distinctive and guest-centric in a rapidly changing industry.
