Lead corporate recruitment, firm-wide for ThinkingAhead Executive Search by partnering closely with Practice Leads on their hiring needs and acquire internal talent for the nonprofit, banking, legal, life sciences, sales, and engineering practice areas\\\\n• Supporting the President and NextGen team with ad hoc projects relating to the growth and expansion of the Thinking Ahead including the sourcing, interviewing, training of new hires, and developing strategies for team growth\\\\n• Facilitate the management of multiple hiring projects relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure that candidate pipelines are an equitable representation of the US workforce\\\\n\\\\nCorporate Recruiter & Research Manager (May 2021 - March 2023)\\\\n• Manage sourcing requests for a team of 25 full-time recruiters across seven practice areas in addition to managing two full-time Research Associates\\\\n• Utilize strategic sourcing methods to identify 600+ passive, highly marketable, and diverse candidates on a monthly basis to drive candidate pipelines and serve as internal steward to teams\\\\n• Create spreadsheets to manage Research Team metrics relating to candidate submittals, interviews, and placements utilizing Excel and the ATS JobAdder\\\\n• Facilitate the management of multiple projects relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion to ensure that candidate pipelines are an equitable representation of the US workforce\\\\n\\\\nFor more than 35 years, ThinkingAhead has been committed to engaging clients who espouse just, equitable, diverse, and inclusive recruiting and management practices and serving them in a like-minded manner.
