Hi, I’m Nicole Sann, a Business Process Analyst with a passion for transforming complex workflows into streamlined, value-driven solutions. I bring a dual B.A. in Strategic Communication and Political Science from Miami University, along with minors in Marketing and Spanish, which fuel my ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams and stakeholders.At Allegis Group, I lead stakeholder discovery sessions, build detailed process maps using Signavio, and present actionable insights to leadership that enhance operational efficiency. My work spans Agile environments, where I collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine development stories and ensure alignment with business goals.Beyond the workplace, I’ve held leadership roles in the Public Relations Student Society of America and Alpha Delta Pi, where I developed and executed professional development programs and marketing campaigns.
