She is leading work across several core programs designed to drive ownership growth and ecosystem engagement:1. Inaugural 2026 Retreat – Execution InfrastructureLeading the retreat from a strategic and programmatic perspective, building the framework that ensures every component is purpose-driven and execution-ready. This work lays the foundational spine of the retreat, ensuring the program is scalable and positioned to maximize multi-year impact. Hoteliers Grant Fund & Program – Program Delivery FrameworkDesigning the systems that make our catalytic funding initiatives efficient, transparent, and impactful for independent and boutique hotel entrepreneurs.3. Meetings & Networking Program – Systems DesignBuilding the frameworks and processes to connect BH & IA members, investors, and ecosystem leaders at scale, from signature gatherings to ongoing engagement programs.Her work strengthens BH & IA’s capacity to execute with precision while amplifying the impact of our members and partners.We’re excited for the year ahead as these programs come to life as our community grows stronger, more connected, and more empowered.
