   I have been working on several scrum teams to support AT & T First Net under CSO. I worked on First Net-Access Management (AM) and First Net- Identity Life Cycle Management (ILM). Some of my major accomplishments have been-Raising my scrum teams overall PI performance score from performing towards the bottom to the second best team-Was part of delivering the Nurses and Doctors Promotion sent out during the Covid-19 Pandemic. My scrum team pushed this out for Doctors and Nurses who are part of First Net to get 3 months free of AT & T service.On these teams I had accomplished many things such as-Served as a liaison between client and delivery team making sure requirements were clear-Wrote user stories and acceptance criteria using JiraAlign (AgileCraft)-Accepted stories upon completion at end of sprints after Developer/tester demoed their work-Wrote PI Objectives for scrum team and presented them to leadership at PI Planning-Attended Daily Stand Up Calls where I provided answers to developer and tester questions-Held Stand Up call and filled in for my scrum master on the Scrum of Scrum calls when he was absent.
