Onsite Human Resources and Recruitment support for 200+ exempt and non-exempt employees. My position covers two locations in Evansville, Indiana.• Utilize SuccessFactors to full cycle recruit, schedule interviews, and make offers for both hourly general labor, maintenance, and salaried (Engineering, Sales, Research and Development, Chemists, Production Management, Director) positions. • Conduct new hire orientation, complete I-9 forms, and maintain associate files.• Main point of contact for temporary agency communication between plant managers and agency for business needs, interviews, etc. • Conduct stay interviews for new hires, coordinate mentor program, answer policy questions for management and employees.• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support our growth and success.• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning for current employees.• Manage day to day human resources matters from employees to managers. • Lead corrective action conversations, performance improvement plan coordination, terminations, retention meetings and employee mentoring consultations.
