With nearly 20 years of healthcare consulting experience working with leading providers across the country, I have expertise in large-scale revenue cycle transformation efforts working with a variety of clients, including large academic medical centers, public-sector healthcare business offices, multi-hospital systems, and physician business office environments across a range of strategic operational areas including patient access, health information management, charge capture, and patient financial services, as well as serving in interim leadership capacity. Additionally, I have experience in strategic workforce leadership alignment across the entirety of system healthcare operations focused in span of control and organizational design.In 2005, I joined Stockamp & Associates, which was acquired by Huron in 2008. My experience spans the revenue cycle, with knowledge of streamlining revenue cycle processes, enhancing revenue realization, accelerating cash collections, and improving interdepartmental communication to generate measurable sustained cash flow and income statement improvement.My chief passion in my work lies in helping clients achieve their operational goals using a keen eye on strategic planning coupled with an emphasis on the heart of all sustainable improvement - the change leadership of individuals within an organization.
