Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) with a Master’s in Health Communication and Promotion. I combine clinical expertise, strategic communication, and behavior change science to help individuals and organizations translate nutrition into real, sustainable outcomes.Founder of Bettr Full, an insurance based private practice specializing in weight management, blood sugar balance, and GLP-1 nutrition support.
