Hello! My name is Nicole Queen and I have 7+ years of experience in grant management. I have managed over 250 million dollars in federal grants over the past seven years and have worked with many neighboring jurisdictions. I have a clear understanding of day to day management of grants and would be an asset to any work environment. I graduated from the illustrious Bowie State University in December 2015, receiving my degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. I maintain my PR skills working in this field. Contrary to my current work I am a past Junior A&R intern for House Studios, an intern for the Grammy Recording Academy (DC chapter), Stache Media College Lifestyle rep under Sony Music, and content and social media creator for Creative Nomads. As of right now remotely assist a publicist based out of Harlem, NY with day-to-day tasks such as drafting press releases, reaching out to different platforms to obtain client placement, and social media handling. I am here to immerse myself completely in my field and connect with others in the field.
