About Nicole Q.

My early aspirations in disaster preparedness and public service equipped me with the ability to turn failures into opportunities for growth. Using this same approach, I’ve had a fruitful career, working for some of the world\'s top high-tech companies.I have gained valuable experience in several facets of Human Resources from Operations to Recruiting. During this time, I have also had the opportunity to work as a Recruitment Coordinator and full-cycle Recruiter. I have found that it perfectly blended my passion for people and my skills in organization and communication. As someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, I appreciated the excitement and energy that comes with managing multiple open roles simultaneously. Photography, especially food photography, is what makes me feel whole. People in the food industry are some of the hardest-working people I know. This experience has had its benefits within the corporate environment when it comes to being more ‘all hands on deck’ with a creative and sometimes unconventional approach to complexity and problem-solving, not to mention it prepared me for my time in the kitchen at Impossible Foods! My wish is that everyone finds their creative outlet. I take pride in many things, including my ability to bring structure and efficiency to chaotic environments, fostering collaboration, mentoring, and relationship-building to create inclusive workplace cultures. Additionally, I am curious by nature and consider myself a self-starter setting goals based on needs, and there\'s always a need! I am comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments, whether they are a startup or big tech cultures.
