   I am responsible for creating and maintaining job requisitions, screening candidates, and negotiating offers. My role includes advising hiring managers on recruitment strategies, conducting strategy sessions to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs, aiding in interviews, and ensuring job descriptions meet legal requirements. I serve as a subject matter expert for leaders regarding systems knowledge, company policy, general employment law, recruitment, and hiring. I create comprehensive compensation proposals, guide hiring managers on budget, compliance, and internal equity considerations, and negotiate offers using strategic evidence to increase acceptance rates and reduce company risk during audits. I have assisted in implementing new hybrid workforce strategies for Elevance Health, working with TA Strategy Managers on hybrid workforce policies. I\'ve created and updated an FAQ for the new strategy, managed a session to address complex questions, and compiled data to monitor adherence to the rollout. Additionally, I\'ve assisted in redesigning Elevance Health\'s Redeployment Program for staff affected by RIFs, developing an educational session and activities to support our enhanced \"white glove service\" approach. And handle Redeployment Partner responsibilities for a caseload of RIFed staff when applicable, offering personalized advocacy and assistance, including job/skill mapping, resume review, interview preparation, cross/off-boarding support, and expert advice on recruitment/transferring, and outplacement resources. I also provide mentorship to new recruiters and staff as needed.
