Responsibilities include- Case Management/Program Operations (in an Admin function)- Encompasses the onboarding of new case management tools and the testing of those tools to ensure the system runs smoothly and is well maintained- Management of the MCB Team mailbox and case management tool so the processing of Microsoft Marketing communications and project cases is done in a timely manner and that the cases are assigned to the appropriate Privacy managers- Incident Management (MCB Privacy Team Incident Response Lead)- Assist Privacy managers to ensure incidents are addressed in a timely manner and captured correctly for reporting up to leadership- Cookie Management- Ensure that Microsoft Marketing websites are within compliance and adhere to GDPR standards.
