During the 18+ years I have worked in the event planning industry, I have established an extensive track record of planning and delivering high-profile multimillion-dollar events that engage audiences to take action and leave them with memorable experiences. At Wynn & Encore Las Vegas, I was afforded opportunities to grow and challenge my professional skill sets and rose from a Special Events Manager to Senior Vice President of Special Events.A few career highlights from my 14-year tenure at Wynn & Encore Las Vegas include:* Led all planning related activities and successfully executed premier global grand openings including $2.6B Encore Boston Harbor Resort & Casino and the $4.1B Wynn Palace Resort and Casino in Macau.* Creatively identified opportunities to generate additional revenue for the catering division by partnering with Executive Chef\'s to deliver world class dining experiences and proactively market new offerings.* Secured key professional sports marketing partnership contracts and maintained relationships with professional teams such as NFL\'s Raiders, NHL\'s Vegas Golden Knights, NBA\'s Samsung Summer League, USA Basketball and Las Vegas area venues such as T-Mobile arena.I attribute much of my success to strong communication skills, a passion for building relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and a keen-eye for identifying cost reduction opportunities.
