As the founding chair of a Master of Science in Nursing – Nursing Leadership program, I’ve had a unique opportunity of building a high-impact graduate program from the ground up. With a career that bridges clinical excellence, academic innovation, and administrative leadership, I bring a dynamic and future-focused approach to advancing nursing education and healthcare leadership.With over 20 years of nursing experience, I’m an experienced educator and leader with a strong track record of success in both undergraduate and graduate nursing education. My academic background includes an MSN in Nursing Administration as well as a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in Health Systems Executive Leadership from the University of Pittsburgh both of which are complemented by business acumen and systems thinking.I’m driven by vision, strategy, and results—and energized by helping others grow into their leadership potential.
