About Nicole Olson
I am a Quality Control professional who has experience working in GMP/GLP regulated laboratory environments. I have gained valuable insight in how the pharmaceutical and biotech industries operate by working in both Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller startups. This allowed me the opportunity to tackle challenging projects large and small, and complete them successfully. I have collaborated with various departments and groups with great success to meet deadlines. My core strengths include, but are not limited to: various bench assays, analytical testing, wet chemistry, and chromatography testing (HPLC and GC). Along with my strong laboratory background I am also proficient in maintaining detailed records, trending of data, performing laboratory investigations, and assessing deviations/rectifying deviations with CAPA\'s. I work well with others and enjoy collaborating with peers to complete projects and meet goals, but I work just as well individually and require very limited supervision to perform my allotted duties.
