Technical Expertise: Early-stage development to IND authoring of formulation activities across various project, aided in the tech transfer of mRNA analytics to site as well as aided in the new lab layout. Subject matter particularly with formulation development screenings, pre-formal stability study management, Formulation and Biophysical screenings, Vmax/filter studies, Nephelometry, encapsulation efficiency testing (Ribogreen), and automation with Hamilton Liquid Handler. Works well to communicate with cross functional lines such as Analytical, Bioprocess, Vaccine Research Laboratories, as well as, Manufacturing Leadership across sites.Training and Leadership: Trains others to manage stability studies and steps up into leadership roles such as Laboratory representative for the mRNA lab space, biophysical and characterization lab space to support testing for monoclonal antibodies. Interim lead for contractor, and tech team lead for monoclonal antibody project.
