About Nicole Mozey

I have worked for NOV since 2005 & am Senior Director of Working Capital for this ~$7.3 billion revenue enterprise operating in 60 countries. As a supply chain expert with my Certification in Production & Inventory Management along with my corporate sponsored MBA degree from Texas A&M, covid was an fascinating journey. My various leadership roles started in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, business intelligence then organically progressed to a financial & data analytic roles focusing on information systems, process, people, consulting, internal audit, & AI. NOV\'s working capital improved ~$1.6B from Sept 2019 to Jun 2021. After covid, working capital improved $671M from Jun 2020 to Jun 2021. A tool I designed back in 2013 when I managed our USA cross docking facility responsible for importing >$200M annually, has amplified with internal teams. This inventory relocation tool presents a daily opportunity to operations, procurement, & sales team around the world to reposition $155M distressed inventory. International experiences include attending University in Australia after turning down Oxford, London. My profession took me to Africa for SOX audits & Dubai, Norway, Holland, Germany, Scotland, Canada, etc. to visit manufacturing & distribution facilities to implement supply chain solutions, import/export trade compliance, ERP implementations, physical inventories, working capital trainings, education on policies, manuals, & tools authored by me, etc.My philanthropy began as Honored Queen of Job’s Daughters in 1998 coordinating service projects to help our community & less fortunate. Job’s Daughter’s mission is to create confident young women, respecting tradition, & shaping the future. I went to Nicaragua on a mission trip to help the young females escape the dump to the \"Village of Hope\" in Managua. I taught confirmation in 2014 & was a Vacation Bible Study counselor in June 2022. In 2005 I co-founded the Derricks & Diamonds softball tournament & benefit raising money for Texas Children’s Cancer & Hematology Center & Snowdrop Foundation. From 2005 to 2024, it has raised >$4.5 million. I was on the Board of Directors for Empower CDC and am the community involvement lead for Elevating Women Together. I am currently on the Board of Directors for Undying Hope International (https://undyinghope.org/) working with Texas A&M Borlaug Institute of Agriculture.

   Reduced working capital $1.6 Billion from Sept 2019 (pre-covid) to June 2021 and $671M from June 2020 to June 2021 by working with NOV\'s exquisite teams.• Designed ONE NOV Inventory Management Dashboard for the enterprise with $3 Billion in inventory as of 2019 across 3 segments, 19 businesses,>300 ledgers, and 247 system instances to provide tools for operations, procurement, and sales to monitor KPIs throughout the supply chain to help right size inventory.• Designed Inventory Relocation Tool (IRT) for operations, procurement, and sales globally to reposition $155M of distressed inventory with potential purchase avoidance opportunities of $77M.
