About Nicole Morgan
Who I am: I am a business professional with more than 20 years of experience; including banking, finance, sales, management, education, training and development. I\'m currently part of the highly skilled and responsive Community Programs Team at Rural Development in the United States Department of Agriculture. But who I really am, is a lifelong learner with a strong passion for education, employee development and engagement; as well as regional community service and outreach initiatives. I am a \"go-getter\" with no desire to sit stagnant, and the drive to make each day positively impactful. What I can do: I can (and do) approach tasks with Enthusiasm, Energy and Drive! I like to think creatively and try new things. I can unite a team to achieve a common goal using proactive connection and leveraging my relationships. I have an intuitive understanding of team cohesion, dynamics and interpersonal relations. Though I am highly goal oriented, I am always focused on driving for the greater good while sustaining mutually beneficial interests. I build a solid, trusted relationship with my customers and am adept at maintaining and growing productive business relationships. Outside of the office, I am committed to improving my community and our educational system. I coach youth sports, volunteer for a number of worthy organizations, teach as an adjunct instructor at Eastern Maine Community College and Husson University, as well as contribute as a member of the Husson Alumni Board, and President of the Board of Directors at the OTO YMCA.
