Clinica Amistad, A project of Amistad y Salud\'s Mission is To provide free primary health care, preventive services, and education to those in need and without access to health care throughout the greater Tucson area. ​​ I Work collaboratively with Board of Directors to identify development goals; Develop and execute a fundraising plan for Clínica Amistad’s yearly budget; Secure financial support from individuals, foundations, grantors, and corporations; Develop, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with major donors and solicit major gifts; Maintain the donor database and mailing lists and provide appropriate donor recognition and appreciation; Conduct yearly strategic planning meeting and Board diversity, social justice and development trainings, Produce Annual Report; Provide Board of Directors with monthly written report of development activity and prepare required reports to funding agencies in a timely fashion; Develop and monitor annual budget, yearly fundraising calendar, and 3-5-year strategic plan with the Board of Directors; Solicit and secure gifts of Provide administrative guidance to the Board of Directors and foster Board member development; Design, produce and deliver newsletter; Evaluate and recommend appropriate, secure computer software for donor tracking; Work closely with volunteer committees and interns to assist the coordination of fundraising special events; Research, write, and track grant proposals to foundations, corporations, and other agencies. Implemented committee structure; Created job and board descriptions; worked closely with CPA on internal financial audit; Website design, updates, email blasts and newsletters, press releases and appearances, social media presence and represent Amistad y Salud at community and media events; Make all decisions regarding annual Gala, Virtual Walk, AZ Gives Day, and Giving Tuesday
