As an HR Systems Analyst at South Carolina Federal Credit Union, I am passionate about creating new, innovative HR System processes that will support and equip our employees with the tools they need to drive talent management excellence. • Research, recommend, implement, optimize, and manage the functionality of South Carolina Federal\'s HR systems (i.e. Performance Management, Learning Management, Applicant Tracking, Assessment and Background Screening platforms) • Work with Human Resources management team and system administrators for designated modules on the functional design of the system to ensure needs are met and system processes are integrated and aligned • Review, communicate, test, and implement new system releases; provide on-going support and training for all employees • Work with various areas/teams in developing technical solutions that support integrations between the HR talent management system and improves business processes, to include third party system applications when applicable • Project Management Lead for all system implementations related to or integrating with Human Resources, manage the due diligence process, contract negotiations/executions, and work closely between vendors and area managers to ensure a successful implementation
