Assists Senior Property Manager and Vice President with lease administration and oversight of the physical operations of our portfolio of properties including; building systems, equipment, administering maintenance activities (cleaning, repair, parking lots, roofs, landscaping etc), fiscal activities of the portfolio, including invoice/expense review and approval, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and coordinator of minor construction activities related to property maintenance and tenant improvements.
