About Nicole Meadows

With over seven years of experience in the nonprofit sector, I am passionate about empowering high school students with leadership development, DEI training, and career exploration programs. As the Director of Programs & Communications at 21st Century Leaders (21CL), I oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of our innovative and experiential programs that connect, transform, and inspire our students. I also lead the strategic communications and marketing efforts to promote our mission, vision, and impact to our diverse stakeholders, including corporate sponsors, volunteers, donors, alumni, and the community. In my current role, I leverage my skills in program management, coaching, writing, and social networking to create and deliver engaging and impactful learning opportunities for our students. I manage a team of program managers and facilitators, and collaborate with over 50 corporate and nonprofit partners to provide hands-on workshops, networking events, and training sessions. I also write and edit compelling stories, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts that showcase our students\' achievements, testimonials, and feedback. Additionally, I hold a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential from iPEC Coaching and a Certified Holy Yoga Instructor (C-HYI 200) credential from Holy Yoga, which enable me to support others in their personal and professional growth, as well as their physical and mental well-being.
