Partner with a global team to evaluate requirements and implement improved, integrated reporting across the globe. Create new Dashboard and Reporting, allowing the BU to proactively respond to issues and gaps before the close of the month. Improve upon existing financial reports for easier and more efficient monthly close reporting and forecast analysis in partnership with SVP, PMO and Operations which allows the PMO team to focus on project delivery and less on the administrative tasks associated. Partner with Technical Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement and Project Management Support teams within the company to improve the following processes: Subcontract Procurement, Collections Communications, Weekly Labor Reporting, Missing Timesheets, Client Correspondence, Client Invoicing, and Paid-when-Paid Review. Coordinate FP & A and month-end close process for the BU. Challenge Coin received in recognition of my support for the Vanguard Emergency Management Joint Venture in support of FEMA responses.
